We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of purchase date.

Return conditions:

• Item must be unused and undamaged
• Original packaging must be preserved
• Proof of purchase must be present

Custom orders are not returnable, except in case of manufacturing defects.

Shipping within Armenia:

• Yerevan - 1-2 business days
• Gyumri - free delivery
• Other cities - 2-3 business days
